“I had been suffering with neck and shoulder problems for months it was my C4, C5, C7, then I started getting tingling and numbness all the way down my arm to my hand.  The doctor recommended me taking some tablets to help with the nerve problem and go to physio. I am not keen on taking tablets, but I did take them for a few weeks while I was attending Physio but the numbness was not getting any better. This is when I decided to search for an alternative way to try help fix the pain.
